IN THE BETA
- Persist a filter view. Save the filters you use most so you do not rebuild them each time.
- Re-apply in one action. Recall a saved filter and return to the exact view you had.
- Clear naming. Saved filters are named and easy to identify, so the right view is fast to find.
- Sensible defaults. Saving a filter never loses your unsaved work.
- Personal scope. Each agent's saved filters belong to them — your saved views, your workflow.
EXPLICITLY DEFERRED
- Sharing saved filters between teammates.
- Permissions or role-based visibility on saved filters.
- Saved views / dashboards.
Deferred does not mean dropped — it means we are validating the core need first, with a small surface area, before building more.

We are measuring the beta against four categories. These are the right things to watch — target values are still being set.
The share of participating agents who create and re-use at least one saved filter.
Reduction in repeat, manual filter configuration per active agent.
Saved filters persist and re-apply correctly across sessions.
Whether saved-filter use lines up with sustained engagement in Hirebase.
Is your team a fit for the beta?
Saved Filters is built for support teams that repeat the same searches day in, day out. You are a strong candidate if:
- Your team uses Hirebase to work across approved workplace applications today.
- Your agents run the same filter configurations repeatedly — by region, pod, status, SLA, or similar cuts.
- You have a point of contact who can gather feedback during the beta window.
- You are willing to start with personal saved filters only — sharing, permissions, and saved views are out of scope for this beta.
Not required:
- A minimum team size — To be confirmed (we are still setting cohort criteria).
- Any specific plan tier — To be confirmed.
What we are not ready for (yet)
If your primary need is shared filters across the team, role-based visibility, or saved dashboards, this beta will not cover those — they are explicitly deferred. Let us know in the application; it helps us prioritize what comes next.
